Why is my order being returned to the sender?

If your coupon code didn't work at checkout, please verify that: The code was entered correctly (codes are case-sensitive). The code hasn't expired. What is your Warranty Policy?
Dityana stands behind the quality of the Cameleer Face with a comprehensive limited warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality. Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications. Use of non-approved accessories or power sources. Damage from external causes such as fire, water, or natural disasters.
How long does this limited warranty last?
The Cameleer Face comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.
What will Dityana do if your device is defective?
If your Cameleer Face is found to be defective within the warranty period, Dityana will, at our discretion: Repair the device at no charge. Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better specifications. Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible. Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?

We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. How long does it take to credit my account for refunds?
